Members of the Gloucester High School Marching Dukes, above, perform for the crowd in the Bands Along The Bay competition held earlier this month. The GHS band did not compete since it served as host, only performing in exhibition. Top winners included Bethel (Class A), Kecoughtan (Class AA), Tallwood (Class AAA) and Godwin (Class AAAA). Godwin was also crowned Grand Champion. Friday is Senior Night, and fans are encouraged to come out to cheer on the senior football players, marching band, color guard and cheerleaders, who will be recognized. The Gloucester-Phoebus varsity football game begins at 7 p.m.
