Fundraising
Our mission is to supplement the school budget by providing for travel expenses, maintenance of uniforms, music, choreography, props, fees for select bands such as district, state, and honors bands, new equipment, instrument, instrument maintenance, competition expenses, and so much more.
The Marching Dukes Support Each Other!
Color Guard Athletes hold a fundraiser each year to help offset the season’s costs of make-up, costume accessories, and supplies. Musicians and their parents join our color guard and their families in a team effort.
O’Reilly Auto Parts Host The Marching Duke’s Car Washes twice a year!

Sponsor Fundraiser
Students use sponsor forms and informational handouts to recruit sponsors for the school year.
Photo Fundraisers
Fall photo fundraiser features students in individual marching uniforms and the formal group photo. Spring Photos feature students in their formal concert attire.
Spirit Nights
Restaurants in the community agree to donate a percentage of one night’s profits towards the band.
Car Wash
Car washes have been hosted by O’Reilly’s Autoparts in Hayes. These fun events let the kids earn money towards large trips or the band’s fundraising goal.
Bake Sales
Bake sales are a favorite in the community. Show off your talents in the kitchen with contributions, or support by indulging your sweet tooth.
Super Bowl Squares
At the end of each quarter of the Super Bowl the last number from each teams scores will coincide with a box on the grid. Whomever has that box, WINS!
Butter Braids
Features high per-item profit and quality pastries that practically sell themselves.
Bands Along The Bay
The Marching Dukes proudly host high school bands from across our region in the Dukes Stadium. It is our largest fundraiser.
Golf Tournament
Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day this fundraiser allows players to test their luck and talent on the greens of Kingsmill Golf Course.
